1. Service Agreement

By booking with Precise Road Adventures, you agree to these terms and conditions. Our services include luxury vehicle experiences, professional instruction, and guided tours as described in your booking confirmation.

2. Age and License Requirements

All drivers must be at least 25 years old and hold a valid driver's license for a minimum of 3 years. Additional requirements may apply for high-performance vehicles.

3. Safety and Liability

Participants must follow all safety instructions and guidelines provided by our professional staff. Comprehensive insurance is included, but participants are responsible for deductibles as specified in the booking terms.

4. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made more than 72 hours in advance receive a full refund minus processing fees. Cancellations within 72 hours are subject to a 50% cancellation fee.

5. Weather Conditions

In case of adverse weather conditions, we reserve the right to modify or reschedule experiences for safety reasons. Alternative indoor experiences or full rescheduling will be offered.

6. Payment Terms

A deposit is required at booking with the balance due 48 hours before your experience. We accept major credit cards and bank transfers.
